In this position, you will represent property owners, market listings, conduct property tours, and negotiate lease terms while learning to evaluate deals, work with investors, and build long-term investment strategies. Responsibilities: • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal • Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards • Follow the team plan • prospect leases as well as investment properties Qualifications: • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • A proven record of sales experience and success • Must live within daily driving distance to the office • Real estate license • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $175,000 at plan
