Responsibilities: • Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts • Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties • Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing • Follow the team plan • prospect leases as well as investment properties Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • Must live within daily driving distance to the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $175,000 at plan
