Installation: Connect and set up new industrial equipment, including gas piping and electrical wiring.

Preventative Maintenance: Execute routine inspections and cleaning to minimize downtime for clients.

Inventory & Documentation: Maintain a well-stocked service vehicle and accurately document all service calls, parts used, and labor hours on a company tablet.

Customer Service: Clearly explain repair findings and maintenance recommendations to kitchen managers.

    Qualifications

Experience: 5 + years of experience servicing commercial cooking equipment preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and using multi-meters/gauges.

Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 - 75lbs and work in tight, high-temperature kitchen environments.

Availability: Must be willing to participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule (nights/weekends).
