    Position Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily landscape maintenance operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient crew performance, and adherence to safety standards. This role manages field teams, coordinates schedules, and ensures client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operations & Production

    Supervise and coordinate multiple landscape maintenance crews across commercial properties

    Execute daily schedules, routing, and job assignments to maximize efficiency

    Monitor job quality and ensure work meets company and client standards

    Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address issues

    Team Leadership

    Lead, train, and develop crew members and crew leaders

    Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and performance expectations

    Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations

    Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture

    Client & Property Management

    Serve as a point of contact for on-site client needs and requests

    Ensure properties are maintained to contract specifications

    Identify enhancement opportunities and communicate with account management

    Equipment & Materials

    Ensure proper use, maintenance, and care of equipment and vehicles

    Monitor inventory levels and coordinate materials as needed

    Enforce daily equipment inspections and safety compliance

    Safety & Compliance

    Enforce all safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings

    Ensure crews operate in compliance with OSHA and company standards

    Investigate and report any incidents or accidents

    Qualifications Required:

    3+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance

    1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role

    Valid DOT card

    Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

    Strong knowledge of landscaping practices (mowing, pruning, edging, seasonal care, etc.)

    Preferred:

    Bilingual (English/Spanish)

    Experience managing multiple crews and large commercial accounts

    Familiarity with routing/scheduling software

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

    Work Schedule

    Full-time, with early mornings and seasonal overtime as needed

    Weekend work may be required during peak seasons
