Property Maintenance Landscaper/Groundskeeper for Commercial Properties in Johnson City, TN.

Want the ease of daytime Monday - Friday hours doing landscaping and groundskeeping for commercial offices, retail businesses and restaurants? Want to be able to use your skills to help with new construction projects? If yes, this is the position for you!

Seeking candidate who has good skills in multiple areas to be a part of our Maintenance Team IMMEDIATELY!

Experience in general maintenance specializing in landscaping and groundskeeping maintenance including mulching, spraying, weeding, weed-eating, maintaining flowers and shrubs, pressure washing, debris blowing & light lawn mowing work is required. Other duties are trash removal and disposal, light indoor/outdoor maintenance including replacement of ceiling tiles, some painting and assisting other maintenance personnel. Must be able to climb a ladder, operate landscaping equipment and some tools and lift medium and heavy loads. Some training provided.

Be able to follow directions and be able to work as part of a team or individually to accomplish tasks

Have good communication skills and have a friendly attitude in dealing with professional tenants and contractors

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to/from work

Valid driver's license with good driving record

Must pass a criminal background check

Must work Monday - Friday day-time hours 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm
