We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Commercial Landscaping Account Manager to lead and grow customer relationships, oversee maintenance contracts, and ensure quality service delivery for our commercial landscape clients. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between our company and clients, driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients.
Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
Understand each client’s expectations and landscape goals to tailor service solutions.
Proactively resolve service concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Operational Oversight
Coordinate and monitor landscape maintenance and enhancement work to ensure high-quality results.
Work closely with crew supervisors and field teams to schedule and deliver services on time and within budget.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with contract specifications and safety standards.
Identify upsell opportunities and propose enhancement work to clients.
Financial & Contract Management
Manage contract renewals, pricing updates, and proposal submissions.
Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability for assigned accounts.
Review and approve job costing, work orders, and time reporting.
Sales Support & Business Development
Collaborate with sales teams to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sale to service.
Assist in preparing bids and proposals for new contracts or enhancements.
Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications
Required:
3+ years of experience in commercial landscaping or related industry (e.g., facilities or property management).
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Solid understanding of landscape maintenance practices, horticulture, and irrigation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and landscape CRM/ERP software (e.g., Aspire, LMN, or similar).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred:
Degree or certification in Landscape Management, Horticulture, or Business.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
$65,000 – $85,000 annual salary
