Qualifications
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
- Associate's Degree Two-year post-secondary degree preferred
- 3+ years of commercial loan operations or commercial servicing, preferred Required
- 1+ years of commercial participation and commercial construction servicing experience preferred
- 1+ Experience with CRE and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending Required
- 1+ Experience in reviewing business financial documents Required
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of Treasury Management and Commercial Deposit Account services and products offerings
- Maintains current knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices, including BSA, AML, Patriot Act, CIP, and OFAC regulations and guidelines
- Proficient in the use of personal computer and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Edge and Outlook as well as alternative web browsers
- Proficient in bank operating platforms and an understanding of loan documentation software
- Willingness and ability to learn and expand skills pertaining to commercial loans and operations
- Proactive self-starter with an ability to manage multiple responsibilities and reprioritize based on new information or shifting deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to success in this role, as is the ability to audit others in the department for the same
- Use of critical thinking and judgement skills to ask important questions when navigating complex and unique situations
- Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working with people at all organizational levels; able to adapt to differing communication styles

Additional Information
PAY RANGE: $ 32 to $37 Hourly + 10% Annual Target Bonus (S14).
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, location and internal pay equity.
