Commercial Lines Account Executive - Insurance - Base Salary to 120k/year - Oklahoma City, OK

• Our client is rapidly growing as an independent agent, heavily focused on oil & gas accounts. They are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive with direct oil & gas experience who can immediately assume responsibility for complex account marketing and placement.

Responsibilities:

• Take over assigned oil & gas accounts immediately
  
• Independently market new business
  
• Negotiate directly with carriers
  
• Improve renewal outcomes
  
• Reduce workload strain on leadership

Qualifications:

• 5+ years working specifically on oil & gas accounts, required
  
• Experience with upstream, midstream, oilfield services, drilling contractors, and/or related energy classes
  
• Familiarity with energy carrier markets and underwriting appetite
  
• Ability to anticipate coverage gaps and structure layered programs

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 100k - 120k/year range
• Health/Medical/Dental/Vision: 100% paid for the employee
