    Summary of the Role:

    The Director of People & Culture, in coordination with our Company President, oversees the overall strategic direction, planning, coordination, administration, and evaluation of the human resources function at CoVerica, Inc.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Assists salesperson in marketing new and renewal business, determine premiums, prepare presentation packets and maintain underwriting and marketing information by carrier

    Develops and maintains proactive client communications with clients and company underwriters

    Assists clients in submitting first reports of claims

    Remain familiar with and follows agency E&O guidelines

    Meets agency, department and account service goals and deadlines

    Maintains electronic files in an orderly, up-to-date manner according to agency standards

    Performs special projects at management’s request

    Ability to communicate orally and in writing with others while explaining complex issues

    Receive and interpret complex information, and respond appropriately

    Ability to gain adequate knowledge of commercial rating procedures, coverages, and industry operations

    Ability to gain full understanding of insurance markets and reference to markets
