Commercial Lines Account Manager - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 75k/year - Lititz, PA

• Our client, a 100+ year family-owned independent agency is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their close-knit team. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients as well as proactive inside sales.

Responsibilities:

• Service a small book of generalist commercial accounts as well as quote new business. 
• Provide explanations of coverages, policies, endorsements, billing, and certificates.
  
• Follow up on quotes & proposals.
  
• Maintain precise, up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Prepare and deliver confirmations, receipts, and policy documents.
  
• Identify coverage gaps, risk exposures, and discrepancies, escalating concerns as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
  
• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 55k - 75k/year range plus 1st year commission on new business, health insurance, life & disability, 401k, PTO
  
• Hybrid schedule. 2 days in, 3 days remote.
