Commercial Lines Account Manager

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Salary: $60,000 to $85,000 + Commission & Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a diverse book of small to middle-market commercial insurance accounts across multiple industries
• Handle daily account management tasks such as quoting, marketing, binding, renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
• Build strong client relationships by delivering outstanding service and insurance advice tailored to each business's needs
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and assist producers with new business development
• Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate coverage and pricing
• Maintain accurate client records using an agency management system (Applied Epic experience is a plus)

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or as a commercial lines account executive
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance, including general liability, workers compensation, business owners policies (BOP), commercial property, and commercial auto
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with insurance software systems; Applied Epic is a plus
• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license required

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 depending on experience
