We're looking for a growth-driven commercial lines account manager, an insurance professional who manages the day-to-day servicing of commercial (business) insurance policies for clients, including handling coverage questions, processing claims, and renewing policies. Who can also act as a primary point of contact, manage a portfolio of complex accounts, and have a strong understanding of various commercial insurance products. Key duties also include assisting with underwriting and billing, as well as ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Compensation: Base + Commission Responsibilities: • Attaining "on-target earnings" as specified in the business plan. • Tracking new and renewal revenue, client retention rates, and overall performance. • Managing relationships with new and renewal commercial lines clients. • Offering risk analysis services, identifying coverage gaps, and advising clients on optimal risk reduction strategies. Qualifications: Requirements • Possessing a business mindset (creative and growth focus). • Providing an exceptional client service experience. • Maintaining Murray & MacDonald's cultural standards for its stakeholders (clients, prospects, shareholders, employees, carriers, and community). • Displaying a proactive, positive, enterprising, constructive, team-centered mindset. Skills • Must have or be willing to obtain a P&C and LAH license. • Proficiency in IT. • Insurance agency/carrier experience is a plus.
