Commercial Lines Account Manager Pasadena Insurance Agency | Houston, TX

Build strong client relationships and put your commercial insurance expertise to work. At Pasadena Insurance Agency, you’ll manage a portfolio of business clients, partner with producers, and help clients keep their coverage aligned with their needs.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, providing responsive, knowledgeable service.

Manage renewals and coordinate applications, submissions, and coverage reviews with producers and the marketing team.

Work with carriers to resolve policy, billing, and claims-related questions.

Identify coverage gaps and opportunities to strengthen client protection.

Keep account records accurate and deadlines on track.

What You Bring

At least 5 years of insurance industry experience and strong commercial coverage knowledge.

An active Texas insurance license appropriate for the role.

Clear communication, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.

Confidence managing multiple accounts and working with clients, producers, and carriers.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of AMS360 is a plus.

High school diploma or GED.

The Details

Salaried position with pay based on experience.

Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

No travel required.

Agency training provided.
