Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in Alexander City, AL, in an on-site capacity. This role involves managing commercial accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with their insurance and employee benefits needs. Responsibilities include assessing client coverage requirements, maintaining accurate account records, and ensuring timely policy renewals and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance to assess and tailor policies for businesses
Experience in Account Management, including organizing and overseeing client accounts efficiently
Proven Customer Service skills with a client-first approach to building positive relationships
Knowledge of Employee Benefits and the ability to provide guidance to clients on coverage options
Effective communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance are preferred
Proficiency in basic office and management software
