Responsibilities:
Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.
Assist clients with policy renewals and claims processing.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Utilize agency management software to track client interactions and policy details.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Louisiana.
Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
