Responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls related to commercial insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general inquiries.
Track current activities, so you can appropriately respond to commercial insurance related inquiries.
Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data.
Take payments, adjust policies, and make recommendations.
Requirements:

Prior insurance experience is highly preferred
