We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines CSR to join our team and help manage accounts with accuracy, professionalism, and care.

Position Overview:

What You’ll Be Doing:

Servicing commercial insurance accounts

Processing endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes

Working with clients, carriers, and producers

Assisting with quotes, applications, and renewals

Keeping client files accurate and up to date

Helping clients with questions and problem-solving when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Prior commercial lines insurance experience

Currently have an Illinois property & casualty license

Strong communication and organization skills

Good attention to detail

Comfortable using computers and agency systems

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
