Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Independent Agency - Base Salary to 100k/year - Milburn, NJ

• Our client, a growing independent agency, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. This agency prides itself on its white glove customer service approach while maintaining a family operated feel.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day support to commercial line policy holders.
• Processing of policy updates and changes.
• Assist with claims and billing inquiries.
• Providing proof of insurance, ID cards, and review of proposals.

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines.
• Knowledge of AMS360 is desired but will train.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 100k/year
• Commission opportunity on new business.
• Company paid benefits.
• Hybrid schedule of 4 days in office and 1 remote.
