Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Insurance - Base Salary to 75k/year - Miami, FL

• Our client, an international brokerage expanding into the U.S market, is looking for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team remotely in a support role! Candidates must reside in the state of Florida for full consideration for this position, with preference being given to Miami, Fort Myers, and West Palm Beach.

Responsibilities:

• This role is focused primarily on processing quotes, binding policies, and communicating with clients with professionalism and attention to detail
  
• Will be primarily working with commercial property and casualty insurance including apartments, cargo, trucking, equipment, and marine policies as well as Excess and Surplus lines policies
  
• Book ranges from $20k-$1MM premium policies

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of commercial lines insurance experience
  
• Must have current FL Property and Casualty (2-20) License and FL Resident Surplus Lines (1-20) license
  
• Experience in a smaller independent agency a plus

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 75k/year
  
• No benefits currently offered but agency is willing to negotiate salary to cover marketplace insurance
