Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Multicarrier Independent Agency - Base Salary to 65k/year - Holmdel, NJ

• Our client, an 80+ year old Multicarrier Independent Agency, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to work out of their office in Holmdel, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Manage book of commercial line accounts consisting of manufacturing, wholesale, and general commercial accounts.
• Review accounts for gaps of coverage and round out to assure full coverage.
• Issue certificates of insurance.
• Perform policy updates and enter new business in they system.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial lines experience.
• Current NJ Property & Casualty (P&C) lícense.
• AMS360 knowledge. WorkSmart knowledge a huge plus.
• Bi-lingual is a huge plus.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 65k/year, plus commission (5-10% on new & 5% on renewals)
