    This is a HYBRID position. We’re looking for a personable, enthusiastic Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to help take our agency to the next level. You will manage client communications, nurture important relationships, and keep track of policy details and documentation in a secure system. Competitive Compensation: Commensurate with experience - paid benefits for employee - 401(k) - vacation/sick and ESOP Responsibilities: • Work independently to answer clients completely on policy or billing questions, including explanations about their coverage or rate adjustments to ensure total understanding • Develop competitive quotes for coverage or make updates to a current policy • Document any policy changes on customer accounts in Epic and clearly communicate with customers about those updates • In partnership with the producer, manage the account renewal from pre-renewal review until final binding of coverage • Market new business as needed • Review of customer contracts in relation to the insurance program • Develop and maintain a trusted consultative relationship with clients • Prompt and efficient deliverables to clients and carriers • Maintain up-to-date data in the agency management system • Support team members as needed Qualifications: • 5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience handling all aspects of account management • Strong written and verbal communication; problem-solving and follow-up skills • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) • Proficient in Applied EPIC • Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License • Ability to work closely with producers and team members Compensation: $70,000 - Commensurate with experience
