    A nationally recognized Top 100 P&C agency with approximately $40M in annual revenue last year and consistent year-over-year growth is expanding its footprint in the DFW market.

    They are hiring an established Commercial Lines Producer who already operates at a high level and wants more autonomy, better economics, and long-term equity upside.

    This is not a starter producer role. This is for someone who already has an established book, strong market relationships, and a reputation in the DFW business community.

    If you have a portable book, the agency is open to purchasing it. If you need assistance navigating a non-compete or buyout, they will structure a solution. If you want to scale aggressively, they have the infrastructure and capital to support it.

    DFW remains one of the fastest-growing markets in the country. The agency is investing heavily in expanding its commercial lines division and wants a market leader who can anchor and accelerate that growth.

    If you are capped on commissions, limited by carrier access, or weighed down by service responsibilities that restrict production time, this is a platform upgrade.

    Compensation

    • 40% commission on new business AND renewals
    • Total income range typically falls between $250K and $300K+, depending on production
    • Open to buying an existing, portable book
    • ESOP participation

    Ideal Profile

    • 5+ years of Commercial Lines production experience
    • Proven track record of generating and retaining middle-market accounts
    • Existing, portable book preferred if not they will work out your buyout.
    • Strong presence in the DFW market
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term growth focus
    • Ability to prospect, win, and round accounts
