ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll handle construction litigation matters as part of a 20–25 person commercial litigation group, working closely with 8–9 partners across the practice. The role involves managing a caseload independently — legal research, brief drafting, case strategy development, and collaboration across the commercial litigation team. Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in the Madison, NJ office.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 4–8 years of post-JD experience with a direct concentration in construction litigation (not just general commercial lit with occasional construction matters)
• Admitted to the NJ Bar, or able to waive in within 3–6 months
• Stable employment history — no pattern of job-hopping every 1–2 years
• Strong law school GPA required (transcript required upon submission; low GPA is a disqualifier)
• Able to commute to the Madison, NJ office 3 days per week
