Join our Santa Ana-based legal team as a Commercial Litigation Attorney , representing clients in complex business disputes , including breach of contract, trade secrets, intellectual property, securities , and real estate litigation. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for mid-senior level attorneys with 5-15 years of litigation experience and a solid trial background.

We seek professionals with strong courtroom presence, deposition skills , and strategic legal thinking. A stable work history and consistent success in litigating high-value business matters are essential.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school

• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar

• 5-15 years of commercial litigation experience

• Proven ability to handle complex business cases from start to finish

Salary: $150K-$300K annually (W2)
Must live within commuting distance of Santa Ana, CA
