    Compensation: $130,000 annually

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and skilled General Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of general litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling all phases of litigation, including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a caseload of general civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

    • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

    • Handle depositions, court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations

    • Provide strategic legal advice to clients and keep them informed of case developments

    • Work collaboratively with partners and other attorneys on complex litigation matters

    • Maintain timely and accurate timekeeping and billing records

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

    • Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio

    • 3–5 years of general litigation experience required

    • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently

    • Courtroom experience is strongly preferred
