JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is seeking to hire a 3rd-5th year level associate to join the Litigation practice group in the New York Office.

The ideal candidate would have experience with all aspects of general commercial litigation, insurance recovery experience a plus.

The candidate should be experienced with pleadings, motions and discovery practice, including e-discovery.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess strong academic background along with exceptional research and writing skills. In addition, the candidate will be expected to work independently and interface with clients.

Additionally, candidate must possess strong analytical and communication skills.

It is required that the candidate have a bachelor’s degree, a JD from an ABA-accredited US law school and be admitted and in good standing as a member of the New York State Bar.

COMPENSATION:

Pay range for this role is $260,000 - $365,000.
