Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a diverse caseload with a focus on commercial litigation and insurance defense, ensuring each case is handled with precision and care. • Collaborate closely with partners and fellow attorneys to develop innovative legal strategies that align with clients' goals and our firm's values. • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide clients with informed, actionable advice. • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations, advocating for their interests. • Maintain open and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the litigation process.
