In this role, you will be actively involved in every stage of the commercial loan process. Responsibilities include reviewing loan applications, collecting and verifying required documentation, assisting with financial analysis, and ensuring that loan files progress accurately and efficiently. You will act as a central point of communication between clients, loan officers, and internal departments, helping to keep each transaction organized and moving forward from initial inquiry through closing. Responsibilities: • Collect the required information from borrowers. • Verification of documents provided by borrowers. • Gather and prepare information for underwriting, including title searches, property evaluations, and financial analysis. • Review loan applications to ensure they meet minimum qualification requirements. • Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process. • Handle additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Strong credit analysis and accounting background. • Proficiency in MS Office is required. • Ability to analyze financial data. • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly plus bonus
