Responsibilities: • Collect the required information from borrowers. • Verification of documents provided by borrowers. • Gather and prepare information for underwriting, including title searches, property evaluations, and financial analysis. • Review loan applications to ensure they meet minimum qualification requirements. • Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process. • Handle additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Strong credit analysis and accounting background. • Proficiency in MS Office is required. • Ability to analyze financial data. • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 year plus bonus
