Responsibilities: • Collect the required information from borrowers • Verification of documents provided by borrowers • Gather information for underwriting, including title search, property value evaluation, and financial analysis • Review loan applications to determine if they meet minimum requirements • Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process • Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required • Strong credit analysis and accounting background • Proficiency in MS Office is required • Ability to analyze financial data • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Compensation: $52,000 - $57,000 yearly plus bonus
