Responsibilities: Prepare in-house loan documents Coordinate with the attorney in drafting loan documents Work with the escrow company, title company, insurance agent, attorney, and loan officer during loan closing Review appraisal report, environmental report, title report, property tax, insurance coverage, and escrow closing statement UCC Filing Resolve any document issues with the borrower or attorney Resolve any post-closing issues immediately Monitor delinquent cases and handle collections Assist in managing OREO Prepare delinquency meeting minutes And other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or Accounting preferred Minimum 3-5 years of related experience Proficiency with MS Office Extremely organized with great time management skills Detail oriented Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly
