    Core Responsibilities

    • Identify and cultivate new commercial banking relationships through direct outreach and networking
    • Structure, negotiate, and close commercial loan transactions from origination to funding
    • Evaluate creditworthiness and present well-supported lending recommendations
    • Manage and expand a portfolio of existing commercial clients
    • Introduce complementary banking products and services to deepen client relationships
    • Monitor regulatory and market changes affecting commercial credit
    • Serve as a visible, credible presence within Tulsa's business and civic circles

    Ideal Background

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
    • 3+ years in commercial banking, with demonstrated deal-making experience
    • Solid grounding in credit analysis, loan structuring, and underwriting
    • C&I lending experience strongly preferred
    • A track record of generating new business and cultivating long-term client relationships
    • Strong judgment, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
    • A genuine interest in community involvement and networking within Tulsa
