    We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Repair Technician to join our team! This full-time position plays a vital role in the day-to-day maintenance and care of commercial properties within an assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including troubleshooting, installation, repair, and upkeep of building systems and property equipment—ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. You'll be part of a proactive team supporting site operations through effective and efficient maintenance practices. What We Offer: • 401(k) with company match • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Paid time off • Company van provided after 60 days Schedule: • Monday to Friday • On-call availability required Responsibilities: • Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across various commercial properties to ensure buildings meet performance and safety standards • Work includes minor electrical (e.g., replacing ballasts), plumbing, painting, basic carpentry, groundskeeping, and general repairs such as replacing light bulbs and ceiling tiles • Respond promptly to daily work orders, providing updates and communication to ensure timely resolution • Maintain a solid understanding of building systems including emergency shut-offs, timers, electrical and fire panels, sprinklers, generators, and mechanical rooms • Coordinate with and assist third-party vendors and contractors as needed, including providing access and direction on-site • Support upkeep of exterior areas, including parking lots, curbs, drive lanes, and sidewalks • Routinely inspect the building and grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and professional appearance • Identify and report any potential safety, liability, or security concerns Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property maintenance (preferred) • Must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time • Valid driver’s license required • Having your own basic tools is preferred Physical Requirements: This is a physically demanding role that requires full mobility and stamina. Team members must be able to: • Communicate clearly throughout the workday • Perform physically active tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing for extended periods • Frequently lift or move items weighing over 75 pounds • Use a range of vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Compensation: $25+ hourly
