Position Summary

The Commercial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial buildings while providing excellent service to tenants and property owners.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance on office, retail, and industrial properties

Conduct property inspections with management and provide reports

Respond to tenant work orders and service requests

Communicate with vendors/contractors for bids and scheduling

Handle emergency calls according to building protocols

Preventative maintenance: lighting, roof, plumbing, filters, drains

Maintain and prepare vacant spaces for occupancy

Track purchases and supplies through company system

Record all work in a mobile app

Qualifications

Maintenance experience (commercial preferred)

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely

Problem-solving and time management skills

Team player with excellent communication
