Commercial Manager - Metals - Base Salary to 130k/year - Tulsa, OK

• Our client, a reputable metals company is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Manager for their onsite team in Tulsa, OK.
  
• In this role, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for coordinating and implementing all plant marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing personnel towards achieving performance goals
  
• Establish marketing goals
  
• Develop new business
  
• Source leads and referrals
  
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to ensure accomplishment of regional goals
  
• Maintain accurate records of buying/sourcing and prospecting activities

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in a metal recycling facility or other related industry
  
• Experience as a Scrap Buyer preferred
  
• Successful track record of generating new business
  
• Prior experience with pricing & proposal models
  
• Strong negotiation skills
  
• Ability to manage and lead a team

Compensation:

• Base Salary to 130k year
