Our long term client is looking to add a Commercial Market President and local talent in San Antonio whom has developed an extensive local network, strong circle of influence and successful track record of commercial loan production, managing and nurturing existing customers as well as growing new relationships in San Antonio, TX and surrounding communities. This person will be proactive, relationship driven with a consultative selling approach to provide the best lending solution as well as other bank products to provide value and customer loyalty.

This person will be ready to step into lead and grow the commercial lending team as well as the strategic growth plan to increase market share, strengthen Ozona Bank brand recognition in San Antonio.

• The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business or Finance and bring a minimum of ten (10) years’ banking experience gaining strong marketing skills, the ability to close loans, strong commercial credit foundation with ability to provide proper preparation of loan packages for loan committee and loan funding.
• Strong, proven loan relationship and credit management skills, including seasoned skills in the active management of problem and workout loans.
• Advanced computer skills including the use of MS Excel and MS Word
• Ability to manage and lead a team bringing experience mentoring, developing others or managing staff.
