Forward Motion Lending is seeking a powerhouse Commercial Mortgage Account Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, enterprising professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting client lending needs for private lending, commercial, multifamily (MF), and single-family residential (SFR) real estate finance. The ideal candidate will be confident in quickly responding to incoming loan inquiries, sourcing new business, structuring commercial and residential transactions, while managing loans that align with established credit criteria—delivering strong profitability while minimizing risk. You’ll have experience with ground-up construction and residential transition loans and be able to handle both company-generated and self-generated leads and play a key role in expanding our lending footprint. Responsibilities: • Engage new opportunities fast: Promptly contact and convert company-generated leads while developing your own pipeline of borrowers. • Structure smart deals: Collect required documentation, analyze borrower profiles, and package loans for processing and funding. • Deliver exceptional service: Communicate proactively and clearly with borrowers, builders, and internal partners to ensure smooth closings and satisfied clients. • Grow your book of business: Develop and manage borrower relationships, monitor portfolio performance, and identify opportunities for repeat and referral business. • Represent the brand: Attend industry events, builder meetings, and community activities to strengthen brand visibility and establish market presence. • Stay sharp: Maintain deep product knowledge and compliance awareness; complete required training and stay current with lending trends and regulations. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field , or equivalent professional experience (3+ years) in private money, commercial, or residential lending. • Proven success in loan origination, structuring, and relationship management. • Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to assess risk and profitability. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a relationship-first mindset. • Knowledge of relevant state and federal lending laws and internal compliance procedures. • High-energy, positive attitude , and a commitment to team success. Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 yearly
