Hermann Outdoors is looking for a dependable and hardworking Commercial Mowing Crew Member to join our team for the season. You will be part of a crew servicing commercial properties including office parks, retail centers, HOAs, and other large-scale accounts. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position that requires a strong work ethic and a pride in quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, and other turf equipment on commercial properties
• Perform edging, trimming, and blowing to maintain clean, professional-looking job sites
• Follow crew leader instructions and maintain efficient production schedules
• Inspect equipment before and after each use and report any mechanical issues
• Load, unload, and properly secure equipment on trailers
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and trailer
• Represent Hermann Outdoors professionally on all job sites

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate a vehicle towing a trailer a plus
• Some experience with commercial mowing equipment preferred — willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions including heat and humidity
• Capable of standing, walking, and operating equipment for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from a crew leader
