This is NOT an entry-level βjust cleanβ position. This position is for someone who can: β Lead a team β Control route flow & tempo β Keep crews moving efficiently β Communicate professionally β Solve problems independently β Maintain standards under pressure β Represent the company professionally You are not only cleaning β you are helping manage the operation. π§ POSITION SUMMARY The Driver / Supervisor is responsible for: π Driving the crew π Managing route timing π₯ Controlling workflow π Handling keys & alarms π§» Monitoring restroom standards π§Ό Verifying cleaning quality β± Keeping buildings on schedule π Communicating with management β Completing final walkthroughs This position is the backbone of the nightly operation.
