📍 Location: San Antonio & Surrounding Areas 🕔 Schedule: Evening Shift (5:00 PM – approximately 11:00 PM) 💰 Pay: Starting at $17.50 per hour ⏰ Hours: 30–35 hours per week

Position Overview

SuperKleen LLC is seeking a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Commercial Cleaning Manager to lead our evening cleaning operations.

This position is responsible for ensuring every facility is cleaned to company standards, leading and developing team members, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining strong communication between employees, management, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial cleaning crews
• Train and mentor new employees
• Conduct quality inspections at each facility
• Ensure all cleaning checklists and procedures are completed
• Verify buildings meet SuperKleen quality standards before leaving
• Hold team members accountable for attendance, productivity, and performance
• Coach employees and provide corrective guidance when necessary
• Assist with cleaning when additional support is needed
• Maintain communication with office management throughout the shift
• Ensure all required photos and documentation are completed accurately
• Help build an efficient, positive, and professional work environment

Qualifications

✅ Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred

✅ Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

✅ Reliable transportation

✅ Valid driver's license

✅ Strong communication and organizational skills

✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

✅ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

✅ Professional appearance and attitude

✅ Ability to lead by example
