We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Office Property Manager to oversee the operations and tenant relations of a 100,000+ multi-tenant office property. This position offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role in maintaining a first-class office environment while driving tenant satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of office property management experience is required.
Proven success managing contractors and service providers.
Organizational and problem-solving skills.
Communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Bachelor's degree is desired but not required.
Experience in managing multi-tenant office properties exceeding 100,000 is desired.
