Base Salary plus Top Commissions
Base Salery: $50,000 to $150,000+ Depending on proven Sales Record.

High-tech Agency Computerization including Cloud Based Agency Management system AMS360 , PL Rater, ACS Rating systems, etc.
Experienced support staff managing customer service and Quoting
Opportunity to represent a full range of Top-Rated Insurance Carriers: Accident Fund, Acuity, American Modern, Auto Owners, American Modern, Chubb, Conifer, Hanover- Citizens, Hastings, Fremont, Foremost, Frankenmuth, Hagerty, Michigan Millers, Pioneer, Progressive, Safeco, Travelers and more specialty carriers.
Access to Agency Call in and Referral Business
Cross-selling Current agency Book of business.
Responsibilities:
Identify new commercial & Personal insurance opportunities
Develop relationships with clients and prospective clients
Respond to inquiries from clients and prospective clients
Provide accurate quotes and supplemental information
Monitor and report on key metrics regarding sales targets
Collaborate with colleagues and provide training when necessary
Participate in regular continuing education classes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge
Qualifications: _ ·
Must have a Michigan P & C license. (L & H License a + but not required)
Proven success in driving business results
Computer knowledge, Cloud Environment.
Outlook email, word & Excel computer navigation functions
