Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Fort Myers / Naples)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects throughout Southwest Florida, primarily from Fort Myers to Naples. This role offers a high level of autonomy, with work performed either onsite at active projects (vacancy/trailer) or from a home office, with only occasional visits to the main office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Manage projects, including retail buildouts and ground-up construction

• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines

• Oversee full project scope, including site work and vertical construction

• Provide leadership and clear communication to field teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

• Experience managing retail projects, including buildouts and ground-up work

• Proven ability to manage projects independently and proactively

• Strong understanding of site development, utilities, and vertical construction

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $130,000 – $150,000
