  • Responsibilities

    Our client is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to oversee projects within its commercial division. This role supports work ranging from small retail projects to larger institutional buildings and plays a key role in ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout
    • Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and internal resources
    • Track job costs, change orders, and overall project performance
    • Communicate with clients, field leadership, and internal teams to maintain project momentum
    • Support quality control efforts and help resolve field-related issues
    • Assist with closeout documentation and project completion

    Requirements

    • Prior experience managing commercial construction projects; experience with a specialty contractor or subcontractor preferred
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
    • College degree is a plus
