Position Summary

Ocean Coast Electric LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our growing team in Robbinsville, NJ. Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through project closeout

Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking reports

Review electrical plans, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance

Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor scopes of work

Handle RFIs, change orders, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

15+ years of experience in commercial electrical project management

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, and commercial construction processes

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills

Experience reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and specifications

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
