Job Summary

We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance. Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs ( plumbing fixtures, electrical, lighting, doors, drywall, etc. )

Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently

Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections

Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

Maintain grounds, common areas and buildings

Ensure work complies with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent

At least 2 years of maintenance experience

Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems a plus

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends

Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
