    Building and Office Space Management Experience Required. Apartment, Storage and Warehouse Management will not be considered

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee the operations and tenant relations of a premier 100,000+ square foot multi-tenant office property. This position offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role in maintaining a first-class office environment while driving tenant satisfaction and retention.

    The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in commercial office property management, strong operational and financial expertise, and the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, vendors, and ownership.

    Key Responsibilities

    Direct all day-to-day operations of a multi-tenant commercial office building.

    Foster exceptional tenant relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and service excellence.

    Develop and manage annual operating budgets.

    Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure a high-quality professional environment.

    Manage and negotiate vendor contracts, including janitorial, HVAC, and other building services.

    Partner closely with executive leadership to support tenant retention initiatives, lease renewals, and occupancy goals.

    Coordinate lease administration activities and ensure compliance with leasing goals.

    Supervise onsite staff and vendors, providing leadership, accountability, and performance management.

    Maintain accurate records, reports, budgets, lease documentation, and operational data.

    Qualifications

    Minimum 5 years of commercial office property management experience is required.

    Demonstrated experience in lease administration, tenant relations, budgeting, and property operations.

    Proven success managing employees, contractors, and service providers.

    Strong financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

    Bachelor's degree required.

    Experience in managing multi-tenant office properties exceeding 100,000 square feet is desired.
