Compensation & Perks • $65,000–$75,000 base salary • Bonus opportunities based on team performance • Paid Time Off (PTO) and career growth opportunities within our expanding company Responsibilities: • Transaction Coordination: Manage commercial deals from executed contract through close — track key dates, organize documents, and oversee due diligence. • System Management: Keep our digital infrastructure clean and organized. Update templates, maintain files, and streamline processes for efficiency. • Client & Team Communication: Monitor team inboxes, ensure prompt responses, and serve as a liaison between clients, agents, and vendors. • Deal Support: Assist with preparing and submitting LOIs and transaction documents. Qualifications: • Prior experience in commercial real estate operations (required). • Proficiency with CRMs, transaction management systems, and listing platforms. • Exceptional organizational and communication skills — you thrive under pressure and love solving problems. • A proactive, “I’ve got this” attitude — you anticipate needs and act before you’re asked. • Financial literacy and comfort with handling data and basic payroll. • Calm, confident, and professional — especially when things get busy.
