Position Overview

As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor, you’ll work with clients to buy, sell, and lease commercial properties. This role is ideal for driven individuals who are entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, and passionate about building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage client relationships through in-person meetings, digital tools, and social media

Use modern sales strategies and technology to achieve sales goals

Network and build your personal brand in the Knoxville business community

Stay up to date on market trends and property data

Collaborate with teammates to deliver top-quality client service

Qualifications

Tennessee Real Estate License (required)

Strong communication and networking skills

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented

Previous sales experience preferred (but not required if highly motivated)
