Commercial Real Estate Agent (Sales, Leasing & Investment Properties)
Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. This role focuses on representing clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties , including office, retail, industrial, and land assets.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong negotiation skills, market expertise, and client relationship management experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions
- Identify and develop new business through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to advise clients on pricing, leasing, and investment opportunities
- Create and present property listings, offering memorandums, and marketing materials
- Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and transaction terms
- Coordinate property tours, site visits, and client meetings
- Maintain current knowledge of market trends, property values, and zoning regulations
- Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful closings
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and portfolios
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License (Commercial real estate experience preferred)
- Proven experience in commercial real estate, real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage services
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven, commission-oriented mindset
- Ability to analyze financial data, investment metrics, and market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial real estate platforms (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (preferred)
