Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: Learn to hunt for new property acquisitions and build a network. • Property Analysis: Master how to value commercial sites, primarily warehouses and multi-family properties. • Site Tours: Inspect properties, evaluate renovation potential, and review financial data. • Deal Making: Assist in high-stakes negotiations and manage the closing process. • CRM Management: Keep the engine running by tracking all client data and outreach. Qualifications: • Highly Ambitious: You want to build a "book of business," not just clock in and out. • Relentless: You view "no" as the start of a negotiation. • Personable: You can talk to anyone, from small business owners to CEOs. • Organized: You have a high attention to detail and love a clean Google Suite/CRM. • Coachable: You crave feedback and are ready to learn complex lease language and market data. • Background in Sales, Customer Service, or Hospitality (preferred). • Strong communication skills (text, email, and voice). • Ability to work on-site and travel locally for property tours. • Real Estate License: You must complete your licensing tests within 90 days of hire if not already held. Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 in Commissions
