Responsibilities: • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Lead generation • Commercial lead follow-up • Commercial sales • Set commercial appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Independent and self motivated • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Real estate license is required to work with clients and earn commissions • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $160,000+ at plan
